I’m filmmaker, an editor, musician, and whether it’s a film or a song, to me it’s all about telling and sharing stories.
This story is about the adventures of an eco restoration project in Lac Bay Bonaire to restore the amount of Queen Conch, so that sustainable fishery will be possible again.
I will pass on the stories about how the Bonaireans relate to the nature of their island, the impact of the project for the community, the passion of a biologist, the dilemma’s of a politician or the silent beauty of the island.
By sharing our stories, you, me the people of Bonaire, we determine how it will evolve. And if it were up to me, the story would never end.

Was je aan het opsnorren voor de SOH-reunie, maar zie nu dat je nog steeds in prachtige oorden bezig bent de aarde (en het water) te behoeden voor de rampzalige gevolgen die wij zelf veroorzaken.
Mooi werk meid! We zullen je missen de 16e augustus en ik zal over je vertellen aan je oud-collega’ s.
